Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days and has a possibility to be extended to 40 days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We do not cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges. We do not cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit note will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@bollsen.co.uk.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@bollsen.co.uk and send your item to the address below.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and have paid for shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to yreach you, may vary.

You should consider always using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is not tracked.

Extended Return Policy with 40 Days Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase at bollsen.co.uk, you can request a full or partial refund of the purchase price within 40 days of the purchase date. You can return any item (as defined below) that you purchased on bollsen.co.uk in accordance with the conditions below.

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must appeal for the return of goods from our customer service within 40 days of your purchase date. To appeal for the return of goods, please contact customer service here.
  • You must return the product to BOLLSEN – ERTG d.o.o. for a refund.
  • The guarantee term for the delivery of sealed goods expires prematurely if they are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons or if their seal was removed after delivery;
  • You must provide the order number when returning the product.
  • You have to bear all shipping costs and pay them in advance and you bear the entire risk of loss or damage for the returned products during the return to BOLLSEN – ERTG d.o.o..
  • If you return items to BOLLSEN – ERTG d.o.o.. without an appeal for the return of goods from BOLLSEN  – ERTG d.o.o., we reserve the right to refuse to accept such a return.
