Had these earplugs for a couple years - then lost one. I was using them to sleep. They are simple but effective, mostly comfortable - can get a little sore some nights and sometimes they fall out, but overall they’re great and worth the money.

This is the second time I purchased from Bollsen, Their music pro earplugs are amazing. As my ears are quite small, I needed to use their AR KI TECH which is really, really good.

I’m not a swimmer! I bought the ear protectors as I was told I have perforated eardrums. They will heal but was told to use cotton wool coated in Vaseline to protect them during the process.
I found trying to mix the two together difficult and messy so I thought I’d give swimmers ear plugs a go.

MOST COMFORTABLE INSOLES I HAVE EVER TRIED.
The excellent reviews of the Bollsen insoles really got my attention. To be free from foot pain would be brilliant! I took advantage of their multibuy offer to reduce the overall cost of the insoles. I decided I would purchase two pairs to start off, and if the insoles were suitable for me, next time, I would purchase five pairs of their insoles at one time. This greatly reduces the overall cost. The first thing I thought of when trying the insoles for the first time was how comfortable they were. If they did alleviate my foot pain, being so comfortable, I was planning to buy five pairs the next time, which greatly reduces the overall cost even more. Unfortunately for me personally, they did nothing to improve my foot pair, so I needed to return both pairs (one tested, one still used) for a full refund. It's just one of those things, I suppose because undoubtedly, they have helped ease a lot of people's feet pains.

Can I use the earplugs for sleeping and also for other everyday activities?

Does Life+ fit me?
If you have small to medium ear canals, Life+’s standard size may be just right for you. We recommend our AR KI Tech ear measurement for very small or large ears: Just send us photos of your ears and we will send you the correct size.
Are the earplugs completely soundproof?
No – and that is intentional. After all, you want to hear your alarm clock or smoke detector in emergencies. That is why Life+ attenuates the surrounding noises to an average and pleasant 24 dB. That is how they optimally block out all the unnecessary noises.
How do I use the Life+ earplugs?
Push the clean earplugs gently into your ear canal while turning them slightly. They should close your ear canal completely but do not force them too deep. The tab allows you to easily remove them at any given time.
